Nutramax Cosequin Minis Soft Chews Review

Hi everyone! I hope you are all having an awesome day! It's time for our monthly chewy.com review! If you didn't know, chewy.com is an amazing company that ships your favorite pet products right to your door! They have amazing customer service and their shipping is incredibly fast. We are frequent customers! Today we are reviewing Nutramax Cosequin Minis Soft Chews Joint Health Small Dog Supplement. Since both of my dogs are really active I feel that supplementing is beneficial even if I don't see results it makes me feel better that I'm doing something for their joints. We received our Cosequin Mini treats in exchange for an honest review.

The Cosequin Minis Soft Chews are formulated for smaller breeds that need joint health support in a moist, tasty soft chew. The treats are for dogs 25lbs and under. The girls are a little over that weight limit but I'm not worried about it. A couple of pounds give or take is not a big deal. They do make these for larger dogs and you can find those here: Nutramax Cosequin Maximum Strength (DS) Plus MSM Soft Chews Joint Health Dog Supplement.

Key Benefits:
  • A moist & tasty mini soft chew
  • Formulated for dogs up to 25 pounds body weight
  • Provides mobility, cartilage and joint health support
  • Available in 45 count bags

Ingredients Include: FCHG49 Glucosamine Hydrochloride (trademarked ingredient) 260mg,
TRH122 Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate (trademarked ingredient) 130mg, Methylsulfonlymethane (MSM) 175 mg, glycerin, starch, natural flavor, vegetable oil, silicon dioxide, mixed tocopherols, green tea and rosemary extract

The girls were really excited about these treats and wanted to try them right away. I could barely get them to wait for pictures. It's really awesome to find a supplement they actually enjoy taking! Phoenix specifically, does not like swallowing pills and it can be an ordeal to get her to take anything. These soft chews she gobbles like candy. I've heard some amazing things about cosequin so I'm sure it's helping them even if I don't see results right away. They don't have any problems but since they run so hard I like giving them something to support their joints.

I would definitely recommend checking these out

ZoePhee received the Nutramax Cosequin Minis in exhchange for an honest review. We were not monetarily compensated and I only share information that I feel is relevant to my readers. Chewy.com and Nutramax are not responsible for the content of this blog post.

  1. Great review. These would be perfect for dogs who don't like pills!

  2. They are pretty small. We've tried similar ones and liked them. I think we all need the larger dog size, though.

  5. I get excited when I hear "soft chews". I love using these treats for hide and sniff with Bain. Good to hear that they have treats available for large dogs as well, though I don't believe would mind either way. Ha!

  6. I'll have to try these! Nola has been getting supplements since her second birthday. No reason other than I think a bit of preventative maintenance goes a long way!

  8. These look great. I am interested in supplements and prevention for Kilo too. I am hoping he will be running and jumping in agility soon. He prefers crunchy treats oddly but will check these out. XS

  9. My dog has bad joints I accidentally got two bottles of collagen supplements and I am not going to use them both so I was wondering if my dog can take some too?

    1. Hi Jim, you would really have to ask your vet about that. I'm not sure if dogs can have collagen. All of the supplements I give my dogs are made for dogs. :) I'm sorry that I can't be of more help.
