We were playing ball at the park when these very ominous clouds appeared overhead.
I decided to leave the clouds colored and also the splashes of pink in Phee's fleece pajamas.

Storm Warning on B&W Sunday
I thought this would be a fun edit to show everyone! This was taken when we hiked at Lost Lake when the storm clouds were rolling in. I just checked our forecast and it says it's going to rain the next couple of days. That's sort of the fun thing about Oregon. You never know what kind of weather you're going to have! One day it can be 80 degrees and the next day it can be 65 and raining. It keeps things interesting for sure!
Also, Storm Warning is the name of one of my favorite books by Mercedes Lackey. :D I thought it would make a great title for this post.

Sleepy Sisters in Sepia!
We are having a lazy Saturday today! I haven't been feeling that great lately and after spending a day and a half cleaning for a 5 minute apartment inspection on our chimney, I'm taking the day off!

Phoenix Hunting on B&W Sunday
I was very lucky to get this shot of Phoenix as she went to pounce on a mole. She did not get the critter (thankfully) but that never stops either of my dogs from trying! Phoenix really surprised me here, Zoe is the one who is usually doing this stuff!

Peeking... Sepia Saturday!!
Lilly is usually very difficult to photograph unless she's sleeping. She's constantly getting into mischief, on the move and never sits still! I was lucky enough to capture her peeking out the window and thought it would be a good choice for a sepia edit!

Zoe out for Walkies on B&W Sunday
Lately I've been walking the girls separately. It's been going really well. I'm finding that I really enjoy individual time with each dog. I'm going to have to do this more often. I think it's important that each dog get out separately. It's really interesting seeing each of their individual personalities without the other one influencing it. We haven't had any incidents of reactivity, either! When I first leave the house, the dog that gets left behind is kind of sad but when we get back that dog is happy to see us and ready to leave for their turn.
