Where'd Zoe go? Monday Mischief

Somebody (cough...Phoenix...cough) was SO busy eating grass that she lost her sister! Somebody has to keep an eye on that naughty dog who wanders off after errant rodents!!

"I see her!"

Phoenix hops the fence and goes racing off.

She catches up to Zoe and off they go together! It's really warmed up here the past few days and the critters are starting to come out of their holes. Zoe is really hoping to catch one!

  1. What a huge park! You are lucky to have so much land to wander. Is it all fenced?

    1. Yeah, we really like it! The park has a partial fence along the highway and then the other side is the river. You do have to have really good voice control and some dogs have gotten lost out there. I used to have them wear hunting bells out there when we first started going but now they are so good about checking in that I don't worry about it anymore.

    1. Yeah it is! I'm hoping the rest of the park grows back. They ended up spraying the blackberries a few months before we moved back and the whole park looks so dead. :( I would of preferred it if they just kept it natural and wild looking.

    1. Yeah, I really like it! It's a giant dog park but it's so big that if you go at the right times you hardly see anyone.

  5. Sage gets really obsessed with digging up those voles at 1000 acres this time of year.

  8. This is aweome!!! You are such an agile dog! Even if your nose is sometimes stuck to the ground and you miss what happens around you :)

  10. Pay attention, Phoenix! ;) I love seeing how agile they are in your photographs. Quite different than my lumbering giants, haha
