Happy Monday Mischief everyone! This past weekend I managed to get into some mischief all by myself. I accidentally sliced the tip and corner of my middle finger open on a blender blade. Of course it's my right hand, too. Sigh... I forgot it was in the dishwasher and stuck my hand in there to put dishes away. OUCH. It's deep and really sore.
So my fellow blogger friends, if you only get a few words and a sentence or two from me when I visit you this week, you'll know why!
One thing that I did manage to get done this weekend, before the disaster that was my finger, was the production of our newest trick video and YouTube channel trailer! I am really excited to finally show it to you! We did have a minor hiccup with a copyright issue on the first song I chose, so I had to take it down and redo the video with a different song. I don't like the replacement song as much as the first one but it works okay.
I hope you guys like the new video! Let me know what you think in the comments below!
Great video! Hope your hand feels better soon!
ReplyDeleteThank you! :)
Deletedarling ...be careful emptying the dishwasher!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I've learned my lesson! No more sharp things in the dishwasher!
DeleteWe love it. You look so happy and athletic.
ReplyDeleteThank you! <3
DeleteSorry about your finger. Got to be careful with that sharp stuff in the dishwasher.
ReplyDeleteLoved the video very much. You're a great trainer. Love the music too.
Have a woof woof day you two. My best to your hard working mom. ☺
Thanks so much, Sandee! I hope you have an awesome week!
DeleteBrilliant new video! We're kicking off our own YouTube channel soon, too! We're working on some videos! And ouch, I hope your finger is better soon.
ReplyDeleteThank you! Yay! I will have to subscribe!
DeleteLove the video! Hoping your hand heals soon!
ReplyDeleteDakotasDen
Thank you! :D
DeleteGreat video! Her walking with her paws on your feet is too cute! Such smart pups! Hope your finger feels better soon!
ReplyDeleteThank you! "Cop Cop" is one of our favorite tricks to do. :D
DeleteHoly crap! You make that look effortless! Great job!!!
ReplyDeleteOuch! I hope your hand recovers soon, too!
ReplyDeleteThis video is so! cute! It makes me jealous of your nimble little dogs--jumping onto my back would probably be the last trick I ever taught Nala, haha. And Zoe and Phoenix are so cool. :D
Thank you so much! :D Even the little 30lb dogs hitting me in the back makes it hurt sometimes! I can't imagine a bigger dog doing it! I saw a trick video of a shepherd doing a backstall and I was like, oh gosh! OUCH! LOL!
DeleteYou three look great! Hope your finger heals quick!
ReplyDeleteThank you! :D
DeleteI absolutely love the new video; and what gives it that extra something special is how clearly happy your dogs are - most trick videos don't have dogs smiling quite as big :)
ReplyDeleteThank you! I am so glad you liked it! It's very important to me that the dogs love what they are doing! It actually bothered me that Phee wasn't thrilled to do tricks on the wet grass and so I only asked her to lay down the one time and then we moved to a different location!
DeleteOh I hope your finger heals soon; it's ridiculous trying to do anything when you're dominant hand is is on the mend/in bandages.
ReplyDeleteThanks! I feel so dumb that I did that. I knew the blender thing was in there but I temporarily forgot!
DeleteHope your finger is feeling better! Great video. I need to teach Mr. N cop cop.
ReplyDeleteThank you! You should totally teach that to Mr. N! :D
DeleteOuch! I hope your finger heals nicely and quickly. Unless you are allergic to it, Neosporin works wonders. Love, love, love the video. Oh my goodness I wish I could borrow you. My daughter has a part Mastiff and Shepherd dog. He is two this year. He is so jealous. I babysit him and our oldest son's three dogs, small, medium and large and our youngest son's cat and we have one cat.. Leo the big guy is so jealous when they get attention. He is very hard to work with. He is a nibbler. Oy Vay! Love the music you choose too. You are a kind heart.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much!
DeleteNice video - hope your finger heals fast!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteOuch! My mom drilled it into me to wash the food processor and blender blades by hand after I cut myself as a teen. Still don't put them in the dishwasher to this day!
ReplyDeleteI freaking love the video!
No one taught me that lesson! Darn it! Oh well! I've learned now! Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked the video!
DeleteI hope you donot mind I had 2 different posting to share from my blog today.I enjoyed the video.
ReplyDeleteWow! You are so bonded
ReplyDeleteLove how happy both dogs are throughout - happy tails, smiling faces, bright eyes! And the double-dog tricks are amazing!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much!
DeleteMy internet is too slow to watch the video tonight. I'm going to try again in the morning. I hope your finger feels better!
ReplyDeleteI hope it works! Thank you!
DeleteThat was excellent. You have done a terrific job training your dogs. Loved the song too! Matched the tricks with the beat very well. You should be very proud of yourself. It's great! PS - hope your hand heals quickly.
ReplyDeleteWow, that was great! You've taught your girls so many fun tricks! I love when they jump over each other, kind of sideways. They look like jumping beans!
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about your finger, that really stinks.
ReplyDeleteI do love the video, it looks like everyone is having fun.
Big time ouch!!!
ReplyDeleteI love the tricks you guys do, your pups are so talented!
