Wonders, Pure Fish Treats from The Honest Kitchen

Hi everyone! I hope you're all having an awesome day! Today I have a quick review for you on the Wonders, Pure Fish Treats from The Honest Kitchen! The Honest Kitchen is one of our favorite brands and they make high quality food and treats for both dogs and cats. We received our Wonders treats in exchange for an honest review.

The Wonders Treats are a single ingredient grain-free treat of fish skins from wild caught Pollock. They can be fed to both dogs and cats! Wonders are bite sized but they are chewy so the last a little longer than a regular treat. They are about 4 calories per treat and are high in protein but low in fat.

Ingredients: Dehydrated Pollock

I was actually pretty surprised when the Wonders were not an instant hit. Both of my dogs were pretty confused with what to do with them but I did eventually get both dogs to eat them. We initially tried these treats outside because I read another review about how they were pretty stinky. She was definitely right, they are very stinky! Maybe the girls were just a little nervous out there. I'm not really sure. They both did eat them when we tried inside though but they were still pretty lackluster about it. It could just be that fish isn't really their thing and that's okay!

The Honest Kitchen has lots of goodies that are all 100% human grade, my dogs have always loved their food and treas and I would recommend checking them out!

ZoePhee was provided with a box of Wonders from The Honest Kitchen in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own and THK is not responsible for the content of this blog post.

  1. I am always amused when the dogs don't know how to eat a treat!

    1. LOL! That's probably exactly what it was! I bet they just didn't know how to eat it. They've never had anything like these before!

  2. We had some small stinky fish treats from them a while back. We liked them, but Mom couldn't deal with the smell. Fish isn't for every dog.

  3. We avoid fish based treats/food, but I've hear good things about the company.

    1. Yeah, THK has a lot of awesome food and treats. Most of them are not fish based. :)

  4. Some of the best treats are stinky. Our Little Bit liked the stinky ones the best. Healthy is the key and we always checked the ingredients of everything we gave her.

Have a woof woof day you two. My best to your wonderful mom. ☺

  6. This crew loves fish, but sometimes they don't like anything that requires too much work...LOL! I think I would try these, except Sheba is not always good about chewing things as thoroughly as she should, so I try to stick to crunchy treats more with her.
