New Toys From Kyjen!

Phoenix was so excited to get this particular package!! One of the ones that actually made it to my house! Anyways, Phoenix is always really happy when we get to try out new dog toys. Kyjen sent us a couple of toys from their Invincible line about two weeks ago and she's been playing with them pretty constantly. We did get these items in exchange for a review but we were not monetarily compensated for it. I'm actually thinking that this will just be a preview of the toys and that two weeks or so is not enough time for a full review since they are supposed to be tough toys.

We received one Extreme Seam Green Snake 3 Squeak and one Extreme Seam Blue Frog 4 Squeak.

The cool thing about these toys is that they are supposed to continue to squeak even when punctured. We haven't been able to test this out yet because they haven't punctured one! Which is odd because Zoe is really well known for instantly killing every toy. They also feature a double seam and an inner liner of dura tuff material.

"I haven't killed this thing yet, but don't worry! We'll get there!"

"This one, too!!"

Phoenix instantly loved both toys and didn't want to give her sister a turn!

I will post an updated review later on after we've had these for a bit longer and let everyone know how it went! So far after two weeks, they still look brand new and the dogs love them!

  1. Willow has one of those snakes and she loves it - it gets flung about everywhere (my other half calls it her "Snake Morris Dance".) Harvey likes to lay on it to make it let out a sloooow squuuuueeeak - which is really rather annoying!

  2. With my nephew pup, 2 weeks would be a great review time--every "tough" toy he's ever gotten has been ripped within 15 minutes :) I'll have to look into these next time he needs a present from Aunt B! Can't wait to hear how long these hold up for your girls!

  3. I'd love to know how they hold up - we've got two pups that are really hard on toys.

  4. pawtastic! You did a great job! The most important things are 1) The dogs obviously LOVE them 2) You had them 2 weeks and they were strong enough to stand up to them. Your review is fine!

    1. Thanks so much!! Yeah, I'm so not happy right now! It's ridiculous. I've filed complaints with blogger and godaddy (their host) and I've also sent them an email demanding they take my stuff down.

  6. We won that snake toy from some fair but I gave it away because someone suggested that might make Mr. N more inclined to play with real snakes. And he's already way too inclined to investigate wildlife as it is. Not sure how much credence to give to that but I thought I'd err on the cautious side.

    1. I've heard that, too but I've never believed it. I'm pretty sure my dogs know the difference between their stuffed toys and a real creature. LOL They are going to play with wildlife no matter what so at this point it doesn't bother me. At least we only have gardener snakes on this side of Oregon. :D

  8. Yeah lol, the dogs have 2-3 snake toys and they won't go within 10 feet of a real snake. I remember running this trail one time with Nola, earbuds in and not paying attention, and Nola flipping out and stopping dead mid run. There was a 6ft diamond back rattler less than three yards from us.

I've looked into getting these for the dogs. Looking forward to the updated review!

    1. Thanks for letting me know! I appreciate it. I'm aware of the situation and I've spent the whole day with DMCA take down notices and emailing. What a PITA!! Right?!? Sigh.
