Zoe Going Solo on B&W Sunday

Happy Sunday everyone! Since I'm resting Phoenix (to read why click here), I took Zoe to the park for a solo trip. Zoe tends to really love these kinds of outings. While I always feel guilty for leaving Phoenix home because she's sad, I'm glad to get some one on one time with Zoe.

I hope you are all having an awesome day!

  1. I applaud you for bravely leaving one dog behind. I am terrible at it too! I always try to find other ways to have special time and bond with each and having one dog that needs to rest is another way to get creative in one on one time.

    1. To be honest, I kind of hate it. I always feel so bad! I think it's good for them, though to get out separately. I wish I had done more of it when I first got Phoenix.

  8. So far our mom has not been able to take just one of us cuz we are joined at the hip. But I know mom would like to spend more private time with me without Stanley jumping all over us.

  10. It's always tough to leave anyone behind, but I agree that our dogs really enjoy some one on one time.

  15. I always felt tremendously guilty too when I left Mr. N behind when we had our foster dog. Especially when I went to training class.
