Clean Berry Crisp Z-Bones are from Zuke's, one of our favorite brands! These chews are a great way to fight doggie breath naturally! Dental health is so important and I like to supplement my dogs with chews like Z-Bones in addition to daily brushing.

Z-Bones help to freshen breath and clean teeth without having to use wheat gluten, cornstarch or synthetic chlorophyll. Z-Bones are potato based and they help to maintain your dog's dental health by scraping and polishing the teeth as they chew on them.

These treats come in three different flavors: Clean Apple Crisp, Clean Carrot Crisp, Clean Berry Crisp and four sizes: Mini, Regular, Large and Giant. 

Both of the girls really liked the Z-Bones and they didn't have any tummy upsets from having them. Their breath smelled great after they had them. They don't last very long but the girls really enjoyed chewing them. I would get these again and I would recommend checking them out!

Zuke's (2 calorie) Skinny Bakes Review & Giveaway!

If you've been reading my blog for a while you will know that I do a lot of dog training. I'm always looking for new training treats! One of the things that's important to me is finding treats that are small and low in calories because we go through so many of them. I do not want my dogs getting fat from training so imagine how thrilled I was when I found out that Zuke's has a new line of training treats!

Skinny Bakes are a crunchy low calorie training treat that packs a nutritious punch. You can get the Skinny Bakes in 2, 5, 10 or 20 calories and they would make the perfect gift for any dog for Valentine's Day!

We decided to go with the 2 calorie ones and we got them in exchange for an honest review.

There are three different flavors in the 2 calorie Skinny Bakes line: Yogurt & Vanilla, Yogurt & Honey, Yogurt & Maple Syrup.

Brown rice, barley and rice bran plus the protein of yogurt baked into each of these treats. They are made in the USA and do not contain any wheat, corn or soy.

The treats are tiny! Which I was super excited about. The smaller they are the better for training. Zoe demonstrates the small size by balancing one on her nose.

Can we have more?

The girls absolutely love the Skinny Bakes and they were so excited to have them. I really like that they are only 2 calories per treat which means I can use a lot of them without having to worry about the dogs gaining weight. The treats are not messy, although they can get a little sticky if they get moist. If you saw my video of Phoenix Frisbee Flipping the treat I was using after each flip was the Skinny Bakes! (I like to reward with both food and toys to keep things interesting.)

These treats smell absolutely amazing, they smell exactly like people beef jerky and I was almost tempted to try them myself. Both of my dogs were so excited about trying them! The treats come in huge chunks (pictured in the second image), but you can tear off pieces or cut them down to your preferable size. I've been cutting them down and using the treats for training. My dogs consider Zuke's to be so high value that they will do anything to get them!
